For help with your account, billing or anything else, email support@onebigmediacompany.com. We usually reply within two business days.

Delete your account

In the app, open Settings and choose “Delete my account.” This permanently removes your account, everything you’ve written, your files and your shared posts, and cancels any membership. If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.

Download your data

In the app, open Settings and choose “Download my data” to get a copy of everything you’ve written.

Cancel a membership

On the website, open Settings and choose “Manage billing.” Your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Report a post

In the community, open the menu on any post and choose “Report this post.” Posts reported by several people are hidden until they’re reviewed. You can also block someone so you no longer see each other’s posts.
